Backing directly onto National Forest land, this cabin offers a true tree-top living experience with hiking and biking trails along Alder Creek, just steps from the backyard. our tahoe donner home is conveniently located on a quiet street only 14 miles from Tahoe Donner’s Trout Creek Recreation Center (restaurant, golf clubhouse, recreation facility, pools, spas, etc.) below are distances to some of our many resorts and amenities:

With multiple gathering spaces and private sleeping areas, the layout works beautifully for both large families and smaller groups.

our home is located in the private, members-only tahoe donner resort community With six provided guest passes, you’ll have access to a wide range of amenities. Each guest pass will allow one individual access to Tahoe Donner's private amenities with a Daily Access Fee (charged by Tahoe Donner). Please note, the daily access fee is paid by the guest to the Tahoe Donner HOA upon arrival to the facilities. *we are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances inherent to lake tahoe, such as poor air quality during wildfire season and snow during the winter months We recommend 4WD, chains, or snow tires in the winter, and if you would like to protect your trip, we recommend purchasing external trip insurance in case your travel plans change or you need to cancel. Our cancellation policy will stand.
*winter months: neighborhood roads are well-maintained in winter weather The entryway is shoveled after 6”, but you may arrive to snow (don’t worry - we provide shovels and ice melt to assist. It’s all part of the Tahoe experience!). Keep an eye on the weather and traffic conditions, especially from October to May. The fire pit may not be available in the winter months (November - May).
